DoveRunner Content Security provides a Trial environment that allows you to validate DRM, watermarking, and packaging features under conditions similar to your production environment before adopting content security or applying it to an actual service. The Trial is designed not only for basic evaluation but also to support essential pre-launch testing.
How to Activate the Trial
When you activate the Content Security Console from the DoveRunner Console, a SiteID is automatically created for your account, and the following products are immediately enabled for Trial use:
- Multi-DRM License Service
- Forensic Watermarking
- Distributor Watermarking
- Transcoding & Packaging (TNP)
Trial Limitations by Product
The Trial is provided for a 30-day period, and limitations are counted based on successful tasks, license issuances, or detection results.
Multi-DRM License Service
License issuance (successful): approx. 1,000
Test users (MAU): approx. 50
Forensic Watermarking
Watermarking packaging: 2 tasks
Input conditions: up to 500MB / 1080p or lower
Watermark detection: 2 scans
Distributor Watermarking
Recipient watermark files: up to 1,000
Processable content volume: approx. 2,000 minutes
Watermark detection: 2 scans
Transcoding & Packaging (TNP)
Input: Single MP4 file containing H.264 video + AAC audio
(Multiple audio tracks, separate audio files, or caption inputs are not supported)Output: HLS / DASH / CMAF ABR content with DRM encryption available
Maximum video duration: approx. 10 minutes
Packaging tasks: 2
When the Trial period expires, you can request an extension using the [Resume service] button available on each product page in the Console.
