How can I add sub-members to my account or grant access to other members?

To add a sub-member or grant access to other members for your account, log in to the DoveRunner Console using the root user account. Then navigate to:
Content Security → Settings → Member Settings → Add Member
Select the appropriate group for the new member (Clients / Biz / TS / Sub-Admin). Each group provides different permission levels:
BIZ –> Broad access with most permissions enabled; limited ability to modify core account configurations
TS –> Restricted access with limited product configuration and view permissions
Client –> Primarily view-only; cannot access billing or account settings
Sub-admin –> Access to most view and some modify functions, except critical actions like plan changes
After adding the member, you can confirm their status under:
DoveRunner Home → Settings → User Management.
