Question/Issue
I registered a watermark packaging job in the PallyCon console, but an error 'File download failed (the file does not exist or the size is 0 kb)' occurs. I want to know why this error occurs even though the original file is properly uploaded to the S3 storage.
Brief Description
Filename or path used by Amazon S3 are case-sensitive. First check if the path of the original video file registered in the packaging job is correct and cased properly. Then register the packaging job again with the correct information.
For your reference, you need to input the content path in the packaging job as 'path excluding bucket name + filename'. (as shown in the example below)
