I registered the watermark packaging job in the PallyCon Console, but 'Cannot connect to S3 object. Please Check your Storage Info.' (Error Code A9206) has occurred. How can I solve this?
Brief Description
This error occurs when the AWS region of the S3 storages for the packaging job does not match the 'packaging service region' setting in the PallyCon Console.
Currently, the following AWS service regions are supported for watermark packaging operations. You must select one of them to register the packaging job, and the S3 storages should be in that region.
- us-west-2 (Oregon)
- eu-central-1 (Frankfurt)
- ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo)
- ap-northeast-2 (Seoul)
- ap-southeast-1 (Singapore)
Resolution
- After logging in to the PallyCon Console, go to the 'Forensic Watermarking' > 'Watermarking Settings' screen and check the 'Packaging Service Region' setting. To use a region other than the default setting (Seoul), you need to change the setting.
- Create S3 in the packaging service region and register the storage in the 'Storage Settings' screen of the PallyCon Console. (Requires registration of at least two storages for input and output)
- Enter the relevant S3 storage information to register the packaging job.
