I haven't completed the test yet, but the trial period provided when activating the Content Security service has expired. I would like to know whether a trial extension is available and how to request it.
Short Description
When you sign up for DoveRunner and activate the Content Security console for the first time, a one-month trial is provided by default. If you were not able to complete the integration test within the trial period, or if you want to resume an interrupted test, you can request a trial extension through the Content Security console or by submitting a Help Center ticket.
Trial extensions require an approval process after the request is submitted, and extensions are available only in one-month increments.
How to Request
Depending on whether your trial period has expired, you can request an extension using one of the following methods. When requesting an extension, please provide a brief reason.
If the trial is about to expire
If your trial has not yet expired, you can request an extension in advance by submitting a Help Center ticket. Once approved, an additional one-month trial will be applied starting from your scheduled expiration date.
If the trial has already expired
Log in to the Content Security console and click [Resume Service] under the [Settings] menu to request a trial extension.
