This guide explains how to link your DoveRunner account after subscribing to the DoveRunner product on AWS Marketplace.
Once the AWS Marketplace subscription is successfully linked, you can use the subscribed product immediately on DoveRunner without registering separate payment information.
1. Finding the DoveRunner Product on AWS Marketplace
Search for DoveRunner on AWS Marketplace, then select the product you want to subscribe to.

2. Subscribing to the Product on AWS Marketplace
Proceed with the subscription on the product detail page.
After confirming the product name and billing method for the subscription, complete the subscription by following the instructions on the AWS Marketplace screen.
The subscribed product may incur costs based on usage according to AWS Marketplace standards.
3. Moving to DoveRunner After Subscription Completion
Once you complete the subscription on AWS Marketplace, a "Set up your account" button to move to DoveRunner will appear. Click this button to go to the DoveRunner integration screen.
Be sure to move to DoveRunner using the button displayed on the AWS Marketplace screen.
4. Proceeding on the DoveRunner Integration Screen
After moving to DoveRunner, do not refresh the page or navigate to another page, and follow the integration steps as instructed.
Warning: Do not refresh the page or navigate away after moving from AWS Marketplace to DoveRunner.
5. If an Error Occurs During Integration
If an error occurs during integration, do not refresh the DoveRunner page.
Please try again following the steps below.
1. Close the current DoveRunner page.
2. Return to the AWS Marketplace subscription completion screen.
3. Click the DoveRunner move button on the AWS screen again.
4. Proceed with the steps again on the DoveRunner integration screen.
6. If You Have an Existing DoveRunner Account
If you already have a DoveRunner account, select Yes, account exists.
Then log in with your existing DoveRunner account.
Once login is successful, the AWS Marketplace subscription and DoveRunner account will be linked.
Logging in with your existing DoveRunner account links the AWS Marketplace subscription to that account.
7. If You Do Not Have a DoveRunner Account
If you do not have a DoveRunner account, select "No, account does not exist".
Complete the registration process and verify your email.
Once registration and verification are successfully completed, the AWS Marketplace subscription will be linked to your new DoveRunner account.
After completing registration and email verification, the AWS Marketplace subscription will be linked to your new DoveRunner account.
8. Checking Integration Status
When the AWS Marketplace subscription and DoveRunner account are successfully linked, you can use the subscribed product on DoveRunner without registering separate payment information.
Please check the following status.
- The payment information registration menu is not visible in the left payment menu.
- You can use the subscribed product immediately without registering separate payment information.
- Costs may incur based on product usage according to AWS Marketplace standards.
- The AWS subscription status may not be directly displayed on the DoveRunner screen.If the AWS Marketplace subscription is properly linked, the payment information registration menu will not be shown.
9. Using the Subscribed Product
Once integration is complete, you can immediately use the subscribed product.
However, costs may incur based on usage according to AWS Marketplace standards.
The subscribed product can be used immediately without separate payment information registration, and costs may apply based on usage.
10. Canceling Your Subscription
Subscriptions to products via AWS Marketplace must be canceled through AWS.
Do not cancel the subscription separately on DoveRunner; instead, cancel the subscription from the subscription management screen in AWS Marketplace.

Subscription cancellation is a procedure to stop future usage and billing; any usage or charges already incurred will be handled according to AWS Marketplace policies.
11. If Problems Persist
If problems continue even after clicking the button to move from AWS Marketplace to DoveRunner again, please contact the DoveRunner customer support team.
Providing the following information when inquiring will help with a faster response.
- AWS Account ID
- Subscribed DoveRunner product name
- Time of integration attempt
- Screenshot of the error screen
- Whether linking an existing account or registering a new oneContact DoveRunner Customer Support
