Today, from 21:27 to 23:28 GMT, there was a service failure about Widevine DRM license issuance.
(7117 - Failed to get Device Model from Widevine Cloud)
This phenomenon was caused by Google's Widevine cloud server failure, which caused the same problem in all Widevine DRM license providers who use the cloud server.
The service outage mitigation has been completed by Google. But there are some cases where the license issuance still fails, so we are monitoring it.
