As the PallyCon and AppSealing services have been integrated, the helpdesk has been transitioned to the Doverunner Unified HelpCenter.
We would like to address questions you may have regarding this helpcenter integration.
Q1. After the integration, can I log in to the Doverunner HelpCenter as before?
A. The Doverunner HelpCenter supports SSO (Single Sign-On) integration with Doverunner Console. Therefore, after the integration, if you access the helpdesk while logged into Doverunner Console, you will be automatically logged in.
※ If you cannot log in to Doverunner Console, please proceed with the [INTEGRATION] process in PallyCon Console.
Q2. What should I do if I don't have a Console account or cannot convert to an integrated account?
A. If you encounter issues with [INTEGRATION], please contact us at the email below:
- Login and Account Related Inquiries: support@doverunner.com
B. If you don't have accounts for both Doverunner Console and PallyCon Console, you can set a new password using the [Please set me up with a new password] function in Doverunner HelpCenter, allowing you to log in the same way as the previous PallyCon Helpdesk.
※ Passwords used in the previous PallyCon Helpdesk will not be migrated, so you will need to set a new password.
Q3. How to use legacy tickets in AppSealing Helpcenter?
A. You can check the legacy tickets in same link, but cannot register new ticket in AppSealing helpcenter.
